Sensiplan stands for the combination of intensive body awareness and fertility monitoring. Sensiplan thus offers girls and women of all ages access to their bodies and their own fertility, in addition to family planning options. Cyclically occurring signs such as basal temperature changes, cervical mucus, cervix, midline pain, breast symptoms and bleeding patterns are observed. Methodological rules for the safe determination of the fertile time are taught.
